About the role

Telecom Field Technician We are seeking a skilled Telecom Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications systems and infrastructure, including fiber optics, wireless equipment, and network hardware. You'll work in the field to support network buildouts and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and test telecom equipment (fiber, coaxial, wireless)
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on telecom systems
  • Conduct site surveys and follow safety protocols
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to complete assignments
  • Document work and report issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of field experience in telecom or related industry
  • Familiarity with tools, test equipment, and safety procedures
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow installation specs
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
