Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a telephone operator or customer service role. Basic proficiency with telephone systems and office software. Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multi-line phone systems and call center software. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Prior experience in an office or administrative support role
