About the role
To support the Professional Affairs team, the full-time Senior Coordinator, Professional Affairs will manage compliance system training, respond to user inquiries, and facilitate process improvements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Responding promptly and professionally to communications from internal and external users
Training users on compliance system functionality and internal processes
Assisting in the development of new processes and preparing monthly reconciliation reports
Required qualifications:
Intermediate to Expert Level experience with all MS Office programs
Demonstrated process development and implementation experience
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience in the Medical Device industry is highly desirable
