About the role
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed therapy assistant to join our team delivering compassionate care in patients' homes across Texas.
You will administer therapy services, teach patients and families, and follow physician orders per the plan of care. The role requires state licensure, graduation from an approved clinical education program, and at least one year of experience, plus CPR and a valid driver’s license.
