We've built a coordinated Touch & Go system to reduce that gap. Once you're selected, you'll have a defined path through the process. No Insurance Experience? That's OK. You do not need previous insurance experience to apply. Our ideal candidate may come from: Retail Restaurant or hospitality Customer service Call centers Automotive sales Real estate Recruiting Construction Fitness Education Military Entrepreneurship Other commission-based sales environments If you can communicate with people, follow a process, handle rejection, and consistently put in the work, you can learn insurance sales. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Coachable Competitive Self-motivated Reliable Goal-oriented Comfortable speaking with people Able to communicate professionally Willing to make phone calls and follow up Comfortable learning new technology Organized and able to manage appointments Able to work independently Interested in building a long-term career Sales experience is helpful but not required.Licensing Applicants do not need to already hold an insurance license. Selected candidates will receive guidance through the state-required licensing process, including information regarding: Pre-licensing education Licensing requirements State examination preparation Application procedures Required compliance steps
