Seeking a US CPA or experienced accounting professional, the full-time Accounting Advisor will empower accounting firms by guiding them through digital transformation and leveraging their accounting expertise in a cloud accounting technology environment. Key responsibilities Consult with accounting firms to implement innovative digital strategies using the Xero platform Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in accounting practices Utilize accounting knowledge to identify challenges and provide practical solutions for efficiency and growth Required qualifications US CPA qualification or significant experience in an accounting practice Strong understanding of accounting operations and challenges Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients Interest in technology and the online accounting market Desire for a career change that leverages existing accounting skills
