About the role

Gryps is seeking a Head of AI Deployment to lead a 4–6 person team, turning deployments into measurable customer value. You will own the post-sale relationship, design the data strategy behind deployments, identify high-value use cases, guide the implementation team to rapid value, and measure success. This player-coach role works with owner executives and program leaders while developing early-career professionals and owning renewals and expansion as customers grow with Gryps.
