IT PROJECT MANAGERPlano, TXLead Enterprise IT Projects for a Global Technology LeaderOur client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives across North America. This role will manage multiple concurrent IT projects including infrastructure initiatives, enterprise application rollouts, M&A integrations, Office Automation projects, and business technology enhancements.This is an outstanding opportunity for a project management professional who enjoys working across technical and business teams, driving projects from planning through implementation, and making a visible impact within a global manufacturing organization.Unlike highly technical architecture roles, this position focuses on project leadership, stakeholder communication, governance, organizational change management, and successful execution.What You'll DoYou'll lead multiple concurrent IT initiatives while partnering with infrastructure engineers, application teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.Responsibilities include:Lead multiple enterprise IT projects simultaneouslyCoordinate cross-functional technical teams across multiple locations and time zonesDevelop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs and status reportingDrive project governance following established PMO standardsFacilitate executive communications and stakeholder managementLead Organizational Change Management activities including communications, training and user adoptionManage project risks, dependencies and issue resolutionSupport infrastructure projects, enterprise applications, M&A integrations and technology rolloutsEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and aligned with business objectivesWhat We're Looking ForRequired9+ years of IT Project Management experienceExperience managing enterprise IT projectsExperience leading cross-functional technical teamsStrong project planning, scheduling and execution skillsExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExperience coordinating infrastructure and application projectsOrganizational Change Management experienceExperience working within an established PMOManufacturing industry experience strongly preferredBusiness fluent in English and MandarinNice to HaveSAP project experiencePMP certificationCAPM certificationM&A integration experienceExperience supporting enterprise infrastructure initiativesWhat Success Looks LikeThe successful candidate will become the central point of coordination for multiple enterprise IT initiatives by:Driving projects to successful completionKeeping technical teams alignedCommunicating effectively with executives and business leadersManaging competing prioritiesEnsuring consistent project governanceDelivering measurable business outcomesWhy This Opportunity?Global Fortune-level technology manufacturerDiverse enterprise IT initiativesExposure to infrastructure, applications and acquisitionsStable PMO environmentHigh visibility with executive leadershipLong-term career growth
