About the role

Required 10+ years of experience in private credit operations, loan operations, fund operations, or fund administration within an asset manager, alternative investment firm, insurance investment organization, or fund administrator. Deep knowledge of the private credit loan lifecycle, including revolving and delayed-draw facilities and their operational requirements. Experience managing or supporting third-party fund administrator relationships, including new mandate implementations and oversight models. Proven experience developing operating procedures, playbooks, RACI, and SLA documentation for production use. Strong collaboration skills within a matrixed organization, with the ability to raise risks and represent stakeholder perspectives constructively. Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels while independently moving workstreams forward and keeping stakeholders aligned. Strongly Preferred Hands-on experience with rated note funds or rated note feeder structures, including compliance, waterfall mechanics, and related reporting. Experience with rating agency reporting requirements and supporting data. Experience participating in a fund launch with a defined operational readiness deadline. Familiarity with loan administration systems, IBOR and ABOR environments, and multi-system loan operations infrastructure. Knowledge of private credit structures including direct lending, broadly syndicated loans, unitranche, and mezzanine. Familiarity with third-party fund administrator operating models. Experience with WSO, eFront, Allvue, or equivalent platforms.
