Digital Records Processing ClerkWe are seeking a detail-oriented Records Digitization Specialist to support a document imaging and records management project. This role involves preparing documents for scanning, reviewing scanned files for accuracy, indexing records, and maintaining organized electronic files.
Job Type: Contract (3 month assignment) Job Salary: $21/hour Job Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs/week Job Location: Houston, TX 77011
Pre-Employment Requirements: Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and any applicable assessments
Responsibilities: Prepare and organize documents for scanning. Scan and digitize records following established procedures. Review scanned images to ensure accuracy and completeness. Index and upload records into a document management system. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive documents. Meet productivity and quality standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required.02 years of experience in data entry, document processing, records management, administrative support, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer and data entry proficiency. Ability to lift and move records boxes as needed. Preferred experience with document scanning, records management, or electronic document systems. Previous experience in a high-volume administrative or records environment.
