About the role
Managing relationships with retail partners, the full-time Retail Partner Manager will drive business insights, implement operational processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth strategies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Launch new retail partners and manage ongoing relationships to optimize their success on the platform
Perform data analysis to develop scalable growth strategies and streamline team operations
Engage with external partners to educate and problem-solve while executing strategic plans under tight deadlinesRequired qualifications 5-7 years of account management experience; MBA preferred
Strong analytical skills with experience in handling large data sets
Solid stakeholder management skills for both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving business landscape
Excellent project management and communication skills
