Duration: 6 Months (Temp to Hire)
Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 11:00
PMRole Summary: Grind, blend, mask, and polish engine components Teardown, blend, and assemble repaired parts
Key Responsibilities: Work from manuals, prints, and work orders Disassemble and reassemble components Grit blast, glass peen, and shot peen parts Perform in-process and final blending Use cranes/hoists for large parts Operate grinders, sanders, drills, and machines Drill holes, deburr edges, light machining Perform visual inspections Measure parts using micrometers and calipers Daily equipment maintenance Report defects and issues Maintain housekeeping and safety Wear required PPEPerform other assigned duties
Knowledge & Skills: Basic math (decimals, fractions)Read manuals and specifications Use measuring instruments Experience 1 to 3 years relevant experience
Physical Requirements: Lift 25-60 lbs regularly Moderate physical work (40%-70%)Work Conditions Shop environment Exposure to normal industrial elementsZR
