About the role

Sell marketing to churches and Christian businesses that asked to talk to us. No cold calling. $100,000+ target, no ceiling. Most salespeople eventually have to choose between hitting their number and doing right by the client. Here, you won't have to. Every call on your calendar is a church or Christian business that asked to talk to us. You close them, and you sell them so honestly they're still with us a year later.
The role:
  • You sell productized digital marketing packages, about $12,000 per contract
  • You sell to two buyers: owners and leaders of Christian businesses and organizations, and pastors and church boards
  • The plan is seven new clients a month, all from inbound leads
  • Prices are preset, with limited room to negotiate
  • Most deals are won in the follow-up, not on the first call
  • Fully remote, no travel
  • What you must bring
  • Prior success selling marketing services (digital ads, SEO, email, or agency retainers) to business owners, executive directors, or pastors of small-to-mid-size organizations
  • Experience in a market where buyers have been burned by an agency that overpromised and will ask about price before they ask about results
  • The ability to run a discovery call, a demo, and a go/no-go close, and follow up with discipline between every one
You sell the value, not the price. When a prospect pushes on price, you take them back to their problem and what solving it is worth. A discount is never your first move. You set expectations plainly: what we do, what we don't, and what happens next You keep your CRM honest and your paperwork clean enough that onboarding never has to chase you You take tough coaching, and when a deal goes sideways you can say what you did wrong before anyone asks You represent two brands that serve churches and ministries with class: no pressure tactics, no overpromising, no trash-talking competitors Helpful but not required Experience selling to churches, ministries, or nonprofits HighLevel or another agency CRMCompensation and benefits
Base salary: $40,000 to $50,000 Commission with no ceiling. We need you to earn more than $100,000 a year. Close three deals a month beyond quota and you'll clear $125,000 before setup-fee bonuses Free online healthcare through VitablePTO and paid holidays Fully remote If you haven't yet earned $70,000 or more in a sales role, this probably isn't the right fit for you yet.
Who we are: Missio serves Christian businesses and organizations. Faithworks serves churches. Same team, same engine, and you carry both. Our ads, SEO, and email fill your calendar with people who asked to talk. You won't cold call to survive. Every package is productized and priced, so you never invent scope on a call. Our mission is to glorify God through digital marketing by helping mission-driven organizations grow, and we bring our faith to work openly. Our values are excellence, genuine care, ownership, and thinking like entrepreneurs.
How to apply:
  • Apply with your resume through this posting. At the top of your resume or in a short note, tell us about a deal you won without dropping your price, and whether that client stayed. Applications that include this get read first.
  • Our process
  • Within two days of applying: a 45-minute online sales assessment
  • Week 1: a 10-minute phone call
  • Week 2: a video interview
  • Week 3: final interview, reference check, and offer
  • PayBase: $40,000 to $50,000 per year
  • Additional compensation: Commission (uncapped)

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
