Description:
This position is for an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
The facility has a maximum census of 33 inpatient rehab beds.
The physician will supervise 3-4 advanced practice providers.
The physician will work with an interdisciplinary team.
The majority of patients have neurologic diagnoses, including stroke and traumatic brain injury.
The physician is expected to lead team conferences.
There is a robust consultation service managing 25-40 patients.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday.
This role does not have outpatient responsibilities.
The expected patient encounters per shift is 30.The facility has a trauma level of 2.
