About the role

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking an enterprise-caliber HR Business Partner to advise executive leaders and drive organizational design, long-term workforce planning, and macro business architecture in a highly secure environment. You will partner with Corporate and Technical Security teams, lead diagnostics and realignment roadmaps, and coach leaders through rapid change while aligning talent strategy with national security and data sovereignty goals.
