Siemens Energy is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to oversee project management of technical issues across Generators, Gas Turbines, and Steam Turbines. You will drive problem definition, root-cause analysis, and solution verification within the Product Integrity Process to minimize non-conformance costs. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate with internal customers to ensure validated, integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
