Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across all departments: Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Breakfast Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team focused on guest service Monitor and maintain high guest satisfaction scores and Hilton brand standards Develop and execute strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability Manage financial performance, budgets, payroll, and cost controls Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all legal and operational standards Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly Build strong relationships with guests, team members, vendors, and the local community🧠

What We’re Looking For: Previous Hilton PEP Operating System experience (REQUIRED)Proven leadership experience in a hotel supervisory or GM role Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience (Hilton brand preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred Expertise in budgeting, revenue management, and financial reporting Strong interpersonal and team-building skills Tech-savvy and experienced with hotel management software Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed🌴 Why Hampton Inn & Suites Port St. Lucie?
