What You'll Do
Manage and grow relationships with an existing client base
Supervise team activity and results
Train and mentor new team members
Track daily field activity in Salesforce
Work in-office
What We're Looking For
Sales or customer service experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and community-minded
CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)
Clean background and reliable transportation required
