About the role

To support the Global EHSS Team, the full-time Contract EHS Management Coordinator will centralize the collection and maintenance of external EHS customer accounts while managing internal governance for Comply Works globally in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities: Assists in the rollout of the Contractor EHS Management TS2026 roadmap by developing standardized templates and procedural documentation Directs daily activities of the Advanced Prep Team, prioritizing tasks and driving performance through KPI tracking Leads the standardization of Comply Works and third-party accounts SOPs, ensuring data integrity and developing monthly performance reports
Required Qualifications: Proven experience in Contractor Management and advanced knowledge of Comply Works and major third-party contractor management platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and performance metrics Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive standard work across global teams Strong facilitation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels in embedding EHS priorities into daily operations
