Effective transportation to and from the office is required. A DAY IN THE LIFEIn this role, you will Complete order entry for recording documents that are received from clients. Recording title documents in a team environment. Perform quality checks on documents prior to recording. Submit documents to counties for recording, via e-file systems as well as through direct mail. Calculate filing fees to be paid to the county for recording.
WHO YOU ARE: You possess
A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards. The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for filing documents. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and procedures.
Responsibilities: Enter order for recording purposes. Perform quality control checks on unrecorded documents prior to recording. Submit documents to counties, for recording, via e-file systems as well as through direct mail. Utilize UPS for tracking of incoming and outgoing documents. Calculate filing fees to be paid to the county for recording. Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.1-2 years' experience working in an office environment.1-2 years' experience recording deed preferred. Proven customer service skills. Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products. Must be able to multi-task. Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy. Critical reasoning and thinking skills required. This is an in-office position located at our Moon Township, PA location. Effective transportation to and from the office is required.
