Product Manager We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team at our Walnut, CA office. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and management of our product lines, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals. This position is crucial for enhancing our product offerings and contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch IT solutions.
Job Description: Manages and owns P&L for the responsible product lines Manages vendor relationships at a couple of levels within the vendor Creates detailed marketing strategies and programs, and execution Provides sales support and proactively works with sales teams to find new opportunities Analyzes market data to identify trends and opportunities Creates reports and/or presentations Prepares business plans with general guidance Design and execute pricing strategy for different key accounts Forecasting and planning inventory with vendors, and manage on hand inventory within the expectation Be know-how of the market relevant to the lines/categories assigned Coordinate training/meeting with vendors and sales team
Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 4 years of Product Manager experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive incremental sales revenue and profitability. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve sales goals. Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively by phone. Solid understanding of retail and e-commerce sales channels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable business recommendations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with vendor partners and strategic accounts. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment. Experience with PC components and related products.
