Sales Manager, Domestic Freight Brokerage Clark, NJ | Onsite | $110,000-$150,000 base DOE | Uncapped commission We're growing a domestic freight brokerage division backed by decades of global logistics experience, and we're hiring a sales leader to help run it. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll manage a small sales team while staying active in the business yourself, developing shipper relationships and growing volume across the freight network. If you've got a background in transportation, logistics, or freight sales and you're looking for a role with more ownership and upside, we want to talk to you.
What you bring:
  • Experience in freight, logistics, or transportation sales
  • A track record of growing business and building client relationships
  • Leadership experience, or the drive and ability to lead a team
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, someone who wants to build something and grow with itNice to have:
  • Experience with domestic freight brokerage, RFQ processes, or contracted freight accounts
