About the role

We're seeking a highly analytical, business-minded professional to join our clients centralized Business Analytics team, reporting into the CFO organization. This role is focused on turning workforce and business data into actionable insights that drive decision‑making, improve processes, and influence organizational strategy. This is not a reporting‑only position. They’re looking for someone who can identify trends, uncover root causes, make recommendations, and help drive business action. Key Responsibilities Analyze turnover, hiring, retention, and termination data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Partner with business leaders and HR to solve workforce challenges and improve outcomes. Conduct talent acquisition and selection analytics to identify characteristics of successful hires. Develop insights around onboarding, training, manager effectiveness, and employee retention. Leverage predictive analytics and AI‑driven approaches to forecast workforce risks and opportunities. Build dashboards and executive-level presentations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Drive process improvements through data‑driven recommendations. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or a related field. Strong experience translating data into business recommendations and measurable impact. Advanced skills in Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or Excel. Comfortable presenting insights to executive leadership. Self‑starter who is curious, proactive, and able to work independently. Process improvement mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
