About the role

Mixer As a Production Mixer at GoMacro, you will play a vital role in the preparation and batching of high-quality food products in a safe, efficient, and sanitary environment. This hands-on position is responsible for accurately weighing, mixing, and documenting ingredients while maintaining strict adherence to food safety standards, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and GoMacro's Food Safety Plan. You will work collaboratively with the production and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless flow of ingredients and a clean, allergen-conscious workspace. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where quality and safety are top priorities.
Essential functions: Complete daily production tasks Weigh out ingredients Verify and record ingredient lot numbers Verify and record ingredient lot changes Complete accurate batching documentation Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel for ingredients Follow GMPs and Food Safety Plan to ensure safe, quality product Maintain a clean production environment Display cooperativeness Ensure maximum production efficiency Effectively communicate issues with mixer lead Effectively understand allergen sequencing Effectively operate equipment Complete equipment setup/breakdown as needed Provision to Cover: Bar Runner
Physical Requirements: Able to meet physical requirements, such as: Lift up to 80 lbs. Bending / twisting Standing for duration of shift
