HotFoot Recruiters is hiring an Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational functions for a growing manufacturing and engineering company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable assisting with office operations, basic accounting support, and general administrative tasks.The position may be full-time or part-time depending on candidate availability and business needs.Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)Type: Full-Time or Part-TimePay: $20/hrStart Date: ASAPResponsibilitiesSupport daily office operations including document management, filing, and maintaining organized records.Coordinate office supply purchases and general administrative logistics.Answer incoming calls and communicate with suppliers, clients, and agencies when needed.Follow up with vendors or customers regarding missing invoices or documentation.Assist with invoice preparation, expense tracking, and basic accounting support tasks.Support preparation of customer orders and related administrative documentation.Coordinate meeting scheduling and support project documentation when required.Provide general administrative assistance to supervisors and team members as needed.Assist with employee attendance tracking and HR-related paperwork.Qualifications1-3 years of previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or assistant roles preferred.Comfortable communicating with vendors, customers, and external agencies by phone.Basic familiarity with invoicing, expense tracking, or accounting support tasks.Reliable, adaptable, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
