Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Alternative Pharmaceutical Solutions, LLC; San Antonio, TX)Alternative Pharmaceutical Solutions, LLC, an authorized Galt Pharmaceuticals partner, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to support and grow business within the San Antonio, Texas territory.The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be responsible for developing provider and pharmacy relationships, expanding product awareness, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the assigned territory. This role requires strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage a territory while building long-term customer partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales and growth objectives.Identify and establish new healthcare provider and pharmacy accounts.Build strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacy partners.Analyze territory trends, opportunities, and performance metrics to support business growth.Participate in business reviews and contribute ideas that support organizational success.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, supply chain, and sales, to drive results and share best practices.Territory ManagementRepresent Galt Pharmaceuticals professionally and in accordance with company values and policies.Utilize CRM, sales reporting tools, and prescription data to manage territory performance.Develop and maintain effective call plans and account strategies.Adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs while maintaining focus on growth objectives.Manage territory expenses responsibly and efficiently.Assist with account documentation and administrative requirements when needed.Execute sales strategies with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other key stakeholders throughout the territory.Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing responsive, value-added support.Educate customers on product offerings and appropriate applications.Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.Demonstrate exceptional service and professionalism in all customer interactions.Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and support account success.Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, DME, B2B, or related sales preferred.Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and strong ethical standards.Requirements:Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.Successful completion of required sales, product, clinical, and compliance training.
