Construction Senior Project Manager Lead mission-critical data center and electrical projects. Manage budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships end-to-end. Client is a top national specialty electrical contractor looking to grow their datacenter portfolio.
Job Description: Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or budgets as necessary. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Oversee procurement of materials and resources for projects.
