Remote Chief Programs Officer Location: Santa Fe Springs, California, United States Salary: $139,950.00 - $167,750.00 (US Dollar) Position: Chief Programs Officer (Permanent, Full‑time)Key Responsibilities* Develop and implement strategic plans for all programs and projects within the company. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and make necessary adjustments. * Lead and manage a team of program managers and coordinators. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of programs and projects. * Identify and pursue new opportunities for program growth and development. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards. * Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders on program performance and progress. * Manage program budgets and resources effectively. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve programs and processes. Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Chief Programs Officer or similar position. * Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing programs and projects. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems. * Knowledge of budgeting and financial management. * Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. * Willingness to travel as needed.
