Development Director | Christamore House📍 Location: Indianapolis, IN | 🕒 Full-Time About Christamore House: Christamore House provides the very best child and youth educational services, senior programming and life skills training to the residents of Haughville and the Near-Westside of Indianapolis. Our work depends on strategic fundraising and strong donor relationships to create lasting impact in the community.
What You’ll Do: As our Development Director, you will lead all aspects of development and donor engagement. You’ll design and execute fundraising strategies, and build relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about making a difference.
Key Responsibilities: âś” Develop and implement annual fundraising plansâś” Cultivate and solicit donors and sponsorsâś” Plan and execute fundraising events and campaignsâś” Maintain donor database and ensure accurate reporting
What We’re Looking For: ✅ 3+ years of experience in fundraising or development✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills✅ Experience with donor management systems (preferred)✅ Bachelor’s degree required✅ Passion for non-profit work and ethical fundraising Why Join Us?
