Position Title: Oracle HCM Cloud AnalystLocation: Dallas, TX | Austin, TX | Denver, CO | Charlotte, NC | New York, NYYour RoleYou will serve as a key Oracle HCM Cloud expert, responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing HR systems that enable business operations and strategy. This role partners closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance, integrations, and continuous improvement across enterprise applications and data environments.What you'll doOracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert across ORC, Core HR, Time & Absence, Benefits, Performance Management, and Workforce CompensationPerform hands-on configuration across both functional and technical componentsBuild and maintain strong understanding of enterprise application topologyOrchestrate integration strategy between HCM/ERP cloud and downstream systemsDevelop data migration strategies and advise on data privacy and audit best practicesStrengthen systems and data foundation to enable broader business strategyPartner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements, reports, integrations, and conversionsDevelop and maintain functional and technical documentationManage and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle SupportTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform unit testing, and support implementation and deployment activitiesWhat you'll needExperience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Visual Builder StudioBachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting integrations and data migration strategiesAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectivelyStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work across both technical and functional domainsAdaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and business processesA bit about usDigital Realty brings companies and data together by delivering the full spectrum of data center, colocation and interconnection solutions.PlatformDIGITAL provides customers with a secure data meeting place and a proven architecture for powering innovation and managing Data Gravity challenges.
