Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer to support customer relationships, product education, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and building strong relationships while contributing to business growth.
Responsibilities: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Present product and service information clearly and confidently. Support sales opportunities through customer interactions and follow-ups. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Follow up with prospective and existing customers to support retention and sales growth. Support promotional and customer acquisition activities. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Collaborate with team members to achieve service and sales objectives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications: Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or account support is a plus but not required.
