About the role
Work Schedule In office - Normal business hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and overtime as needed.
Primary Responsibility Title curative for pre and post foreclosure properties in Texas.
Primary Accountabilities Review, research, and cure issues appearing on title to real property for the state of Texas.
Review and research deceased borrowers for potential heirs and/or probate.
Performs pre and post foreclosure curative for various types of liens, manufactured homes, and deceased borrowers.
Communicates curative action and results to clients using various systems.
Performs all other duties as requested.

Able to work cohesively with others or independently with little supervision.
Highly dependable (attendance, daily responsibilities/tasks, and project deadlines).
Competent in multi-tasking, prioritization, and maintain confidentiality.
Very detail-oriented.
