Position: Call Center Agent / Enrollment Generalist
Location: El Paso, TX (must reside locally)
Start Dates: September 21 or October 7Why You'll Love This Role$18/hour starting pay Full-time schedule (40 hours per week) Assigned an 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM after training Remote or hybrid work-from-home opportunities available after successful completion of onsite training Professional, team-oriented work environment Project runs through mid-November-an excellent opportunity to earn extra income before the holidays What You'll Be DoingServe as the first point of contact for employees during open enrollment Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy Educate callers on available benefit options and enrollment processes Assist individuals in making informed healthcare coverage decisions Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining quality and productivity standards What You'll Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly communication style Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Previous call center experience and benefits knowledge are a plus, but not required Must be available to attend 2-3 weeks of onsite training in El Paso, TXMust be flexible to work an assigned 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM following training Malone Workforce Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.2000050 To Apply for this Job Click Here No tags.
