You'll be: Performing cellular assembly operations by following specific written and verbal instructions, as well as point-of-use pictures. Aligning and mechanically assembling parts into housings or PC Boards, installing components, routing and attaching wires, and replacing defective components. Conducting basic hand soldering operations and using hand/power tools to assemble products. Completing production records, logs, and report forms under the guidance of a Cell Leader, rotating through work cells, and performing visual self-inspection of completed work. Maintaining a neat, orderly work area and adhering to all safety and quality practices. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent education/experience (one to three months related experience preferred).Are able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. Possess basic math skills and can follow multiple-step instructions. Can use hand tools, soldering irons, and simple power tools, with a basic understanding of mechanics and assembly instructions. Are able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs frequently (and up to 50 lbs occasionally), and work in a moderate-noise environment. Are committed to teamwork, quality, and workplace safety.
