As a Recovery Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping consumers find solutions to outstanding accounts while supporting our clients with integrity and professionalism. What You'll Do: Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with consumers about their accounts. Listen carefully, understand consumer needs, and work together to create solutions. Negotiate and set up payment arrangements using our proven tools and resources. Update account information accurately and thoroughly. Follow compliance standards (we'll train you!) to ensure respectful, ethical interactions. Partner with your team and escalate calls when necessary. Qualifications: What We're Looking ForA strong communicator who enjoys helping people. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable using computers and phone systems. A team player with a positive, professional attitude. Ready to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and focused.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment preferred. Collections or customer service experience a plus, but not required — we provide training!
