Role Description:
This full-time remote Human Resources Payroll role is responsible for managing and processing payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees. The role includes maintaining employee records, handling payroll queries, and ensuring compliance with internal HR policies and relevant labor regulations. Daily tasks involve coordinating with HR and finance teams, administering employee benefits related to payroll, and supporting audits and reporting requirements. The individual in this role will also assist with onboarding, changes in employment status, and continuous improvement of payroll and HR processes.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in supporting core HR functions. Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including applying company policies and administering benefits programs. Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting workforce-related processes. Experience with payroll systems, data entry accuracy, and basic accounting or finance principles is beneficial. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
