Incident Response Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Incident Response Associate to join their Privacy and Cyber practice group in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in incident response, privacy advisory, and compliance. Duties Lead all aspects of the incident response process, including scoping calls and data mining efforts. Collaborate with insurance carriers and insureds during incident response. Communicate with third parties, including law enforcement and regulatory bodies. Counsel clients on privacy compliance, pre-incident planning, and data-use best practices. Requirements 4-6 years of significant incident response and privacy advisory experience. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage caseload and client relationships independently. Experience advising on privacy compliance programs and data governance. Education Excellent academic and professional credentials. Certifications CIPP, CIPM, or other privacy certifications preferred. Skills Ability to manage smaller projects with limited supervision. Experience in healthcare or financial services is a plus.
