About the role

Position: Operations Associate | Investment Management An investment management firm is looking for an early-career professional to join its Client Operations team. This is a role where you’ll work closely with Portfolio Managers, Client Service, Trading, and Operations — with hands-on involvement in portfolio monitoring, trade implementation, compliance, client accounts, and data.
What you’ll be doing: Create trades for client accounts and strategies as directed by Portfolio Managers or clients Monitor portfolios for adherence to investment guidelines, strategy models, and risk controls Communicate portfolio compliance issues to Portfolio Managers and Senior Management Support daily ETF Capital Markets activity in coordination with Portfolio Management, Trading, and Operations Assist with new client onboarding and account setup Maintain data integrity across client records and systems Participate in operational and cross-functional projects What they’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree and a strong interest in investment management 0–3 years of relevant experience; portfolio administration experience a plus Recent undergrads considered IF they have related internship experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong Microsoft Office skills For immediate consideration, send resume to
