We pride ourselves on luxury, precision, and world-class client service. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Clerk to support our busy service department. As a Mercedes-Benz Warranty Clerk, you will manage the administrative processing of all manufacturer and third-party warranty claims. You will act as the vital link between our certified technicians and the manufacturer, ensuring that repair orders are coded accurately, claims are submitted promptly, and warranty reimbursements are fully maximized in compliance with strict factory guidelines. Review and process all Mercedes-Benz repair orders for correct documentation and warranty eligibility. Code and submit warranty claims through the proprietary manufacturer portal in a timely manner. Track outstanding claims, reconcile warranty receivables, and quickly appeal or resubmit any denied or rejected claims. Coordinate with the parts department to ensure failed components are properly tagged and retained for factory audits. Stay up to date on Mercedes-Benz recalls, technical service bulletins (TSBs), and warranty policy changes. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an automotive warranty clerk or administrator (Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand experience strongly preferred).High proficiency with dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds preferred) Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
