About the role
Truth At Work is a faith-based peer advisory organization that helps Christian business owners and executives grow spiritually, professionally, and personally through confidential monthly Round Table groups. We're looking for seasoned, kingdom-minded business leaders across the USA to launch and lead a Round Table right where God has planted them. This isn't a traditional job. It's a calling with a compensation model - designed for the leader who has spent years building people and business and now feels drawn to invest that experience into others. This Role Was Built For You If: You have 15+ years of experience as a business owner, senior executive, or business leader - you've been in the seat, not beside it You are deeply rooted in your local business community: people know you, trust you, and take your calls You are a committed follower of Jesus Christ whose faith shapes how you lead and live You are a natural developer of people - your greatest satisfaction comes from someone else's breakthrough You feel called to a season of significance - investing your experience and wisdom into other Christian business leaders You are comfortable facilitating group conversations and drawing wisdom out of others What the Role Looks Like: Bring together 10–12 Christian business owners and executives into your local Round Table(s)Facilitate monthly, 4-hour in-person meetings using Truth At Work's published curriculum Provide informal care, encouragement, and accountability to your members Time commitment: 10–15 hrs/week during launch; 6–10 hrs/month once your group is established
Compensation:
A generous, scalable profit-sharing model - the more you grow, the more you earn. This is a 1099 independent contractor role There is a training and certification investment required for this role. Details are shared during the interview process.
