About the role
- Bachelor's degree required 7+ years of work experience
- Experience with strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and RFP processes.
- Experience analyzing and evaluating freight costs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Master's degree preferred
- Professional experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, procurement, or related field is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications; experience with SQL, Tableau, TMS, SAP, freight payment systems, and EDI/API integrations preferred.
- Knowledge of LTL, Parcel, and Air freight operations and carrier management practices desired.
