Pay & Bonuses Team Drivers Earn $3,200 per week (split pay) Team Drivers Earn $160,000 - $166,000 per year (split pay) Detention pay of $16.50 per hour Layover pay of $16.50 per hour Breakdown pay of $16.50 per hour Paid lumpers (no driver unloads unless they choose to) Eligible for monthly safety bonus Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral: $50 every week of your referred driver's first year, $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3 months
