About VNTANA
VNTANA turns manufacturers’ existing CAD data into sales revenue by automatically creating aftermarket part catalogues and 3D demos commercial teams can self-serve. The platform automates and modernizes manufacturers’ sales and marketing content while preparing them for digital twin enablement.
The Role:
We’re looking for a driven, full-cycle Account Executive who knows how to open doors and close deals in manufacturing and industrial environments. You understand how manufacturers think, speak their language, and can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes—from plant floor champions to the C-suite. This isn’t a warm-inbound role. You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline from scratch, running the entire sales cycle to close. You’re equally comfortable cold-calling a VP of Product Development and negotiating a six-figure contract.
What You’ll Do: Pipeline Generation
Prospect, research, and build net-new pipeline through outbound outreach—cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, and event follow-up
Target heavy equipment manufacturers and OEM companies
Partner with marketing agencies to convert inbound leads while independently developing your own territory
Full Sales Cycle Ownership
Run discovery calls, technical demos, and executive presentations from first contact through close
Qualify opportunities rigorously—identify budget, authority, need, and timeline early
Navigate multi-stakeholder deals involving engineering, digital/e-commerce, marketing, and procurement
Own your pipeline in Hubspot with forecast accuracy and consistent hygiene
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and measurable ROI
What We’re Looking For: Required
4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, with a track record of consistent quota attainment
Background selling into or working within heavy equipment manufacturers and OEM companies—you know the buyer personas and pain points
Proven hunter: you’ve built pipeline from zero and can demonstrate it with data
Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS or technology solutions
Comfortable with a consultative sales approach and value-based selling—you sell outcomes, not features
CRM proficiency (Hubspot preferred) and strong sales process discipline
Preferred
Experience selling 3D visualization, digital twin, AR, e-commerce, or PLM/PIM solutions
Existing network of contacts in heavy equipment manufacturers and OEM companies
Familiarity with digital commerce, aftermarket sales and how manufacturers are evolving their go-to-market strategies
Experience selling deals in the $50K–$500K ACV range
What Success Looks Like:
30 Days Deep product knowledge, ICP clarity, first outbound sequences live, pipeline building underway
90 Days Active opportunities in pipeline, first demos booked, clear path to first close
6 Months At or ahead of quota pace, 3× pipeline coverage, first logos closed and expanding
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure
Equity participation
Medical, dental, and vision coverage
Flexible remote work environment
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
