About the role
Job Overview:
We’re looking for someone to support supply chain and demand planning activities for a large beverage distribution operation. This person will handle order entry, inventory and sales data, supplier follow-ups, and reporting to make sure products are ordered and delivered accurately and on time.
What You’ll Do:
Enter and update forecast orders, purchase orders, and order adjustments. Track supplier orders, confirmations, delivery dates, and appointments. Review inventory and sales data and investigate discrepancies. Maintain reports for orders vs. receipts, forecasts vs. sales, and inventory levels. Work with suppliers and internal Operations teams to resolve order or inventory issues. Maintain supplier portals and update important product/order information. Calculate pallet weights and truck capacity when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in data entry, supply chain, inventory, or demand planning. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formulas. Comfortable working with large amounts of data and multiple SKUs. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and perform basic business calculations.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
