About the role
We’re seeking to connect an ERP Program Manager with a leading engineering and professional services company on a full-time basis. The role is remote with approximately 30% travel. As an ERP Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to join a collaborative team and leverage your expertise in enterprise ERP leadership, program management, business process optimization, and organizational change. Key Responsibilities:
Own the enterprise ERP roadmap and lead post-implementation stabilization, adoption, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement.
Lead an established ERP-focused team while partnering closely with Finance, IT, Operations, HR, and other business functions.
Evaluate business processes and translate organizational needs into scalable ERP capabilities and actionable improvements.
Establish priorities across competing stakeholder requirements and make timely decisions in a rapidly evolving environment.
Partner with technical teams, system administrators, external implementation partners, and vendors to support integrations and platform enhancements.
Drive organizational adoption and expand the platform's value through future phases, enterprise applications, and technology-enabled process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience with significant responsibility for complex enterprise ERP programs or transformations.
- Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementation, stabilization, governance, optimization, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is strongly preferred; comparable large-scale ERP experience may also be considered.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, change management, and executive communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Agile, or similar certifications are preferred.
- Experience in engineering, architecture, consulting, professional services, or another project-based organization is preferred. U.S. citizenship is required, and visa sponsorship is not offered. Background check required
