Project Manager

Trueline's client, a long-standing commercial construction firm with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Kirkland, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for an early to mid-career PM to grow within a stable, team-oriented company known for delivering high-volume retail and grocery construction projects.What You'll Do as the Project Manager: Support senior Project Managers across estimating, pricing, and project setup Assist with procurement, buyout, and vendor coordination Help manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation Track project progress using tools like Procore and Microsoft Project Coordinate site logistics including rentals, temporary services, and materials Support safety tracking, meetings, and compliance documentation Participate in project closeout activities including punch lists and as-builts Grow into managing smaller projects independently over time Must-Haves as the Project Manager: 2-6 years of experience in commercial construction project management or coordination Experience with tenant improvement (TI), retail, or occupied renovation projects Strong computer skills including Excel and project management software Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Stable work history (no frequent job hopping) Nice-to-Haves as the Project Manager: Experience with grocery store or high-volume retail construction Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Project Exposure to estimating or pricing workflows Experience working in occupied environments or night construction Our Client Offers: Base salary typically ranging from $90,000 to $130,000 (flexible up to ~$150,000 for the right candidate) Vehicle allowance and gas card Discretionary bonus Profit sharing program Full medical coverage for employee and family Long-term stability with extremely low turnover Collaborative, no-ego culture with a true team environment Clear path for growth into full project ownership Trueline and its clients are unabashed equal-opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.We welcome smart and ambitious applicants and recruit, refer, hire, place, and promote without regard to race, color, gender, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, age, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by federal or state law.
