About the role
Job Description Job Description Responsibilities Design and optimize General/Final Assembly processes across Trim, Chassis & Final (TCF).Develop assembly sequences, line layouts, and line-balancing improvements. Support AGVs, conveyors/skillet systems, automated tooling, and torque/fastening equipment. Lead/support equipment installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and new vehicle launches. Develop and maintain PFMEA, standard work instructions, and process documentation. Drive root-cause analysis, cycle-time reduction, quality, ergonomics, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with Product Engineering and suppliers on DFM/DFA, RFQs, and manufacturing feasibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive Engineering, or related field.2-5+ years of automotive manufacturing experience, preferably in General/Final Assembly.
Experience with AGVs, conveyors, skillet systems, torque/fastening tools, or automated assembly equipment.
Knowledge of PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, 8D/Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis.
Experience with CATIA, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools.
Understanding of OSHA, LOTO, and manufacturing safety requirements.
Experience with new product/vehicle launches and equipment commissioning preferred.
