The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and expanding the firm's business in federal, defense, civilian, intelligence, and state and local government markets. This executive leadership role demands a proven track record in driving substantial revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion, as well as a deep understanding of federal acquisition processes and government contracting regulations. The President will be responsible for setting the strategic vision, driving profitable growth, and ensuring operational excellence across a geographically dispersed organization. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, leading business development efforts, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves overseeing the successful execution of contracts, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and client service. Candidates for the President position should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, public administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the federal government contracting, engineering, consulting, or professional services industry. A Professional Engineer (PE) license or other relevant professional credentials is preferred. The ideal candidate will have established relationships across key federal agencies and government stakeholders, and the ability to obtain and maintain appropriate government security clearances. Key competencies for this role include strategic thinking, executive leadership, a client-centric mindset, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
