We're seeking a Manufacturing Quality Technician to join our team and support production quality activities, ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, manage product nonconformities and CAPA processes, and help drive continuous quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with PMI policies, regulatory requirements, and EHSS standards. Support production teams through quality guidance, troubleshooting, and training. Coordinate sampling, testing, and brand change activities. Review batch records and manage nonconformities and CAPA actions. Maintain and troubleshoot quality testing equipment and analyze quality deviations using root cause analysis and support product disposition decisions. Maintain quality documentation, procedures, and training records. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process /vocational education or equivalent experience.1-2 years of manufacturing, quality, or related experience. Knowledge of quality testing, calibration, root cause analysis, and data reporting. Familiarity with ISO standards; FDA-regulated experience is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
