Position Overview:
The Sales Specialist is an integral part of the Greyson Clothiers team. This position goes beyond typical retail responsibilities; it is centered on building genuine connections with our customers and engaging with the community. The Specialist will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that our store acts as a vibrant hub for customer interaction, events, and unique retail experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, building authentic relationships to understand and meet their needs.
Product Knowledge: Provide detailed product information and share enthusiasm for Greyson’s offerings, guiding clients in their selections.
Inventory Management: Monitor sales floor inventory to ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders, maintaining attention to detail.
Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints proactively and professionally.
Operational Support: Assist with daily operational needs, demonstrating dependability and readiness to contribute to the team.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong rapport-building skills and a passion for customer interaction.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
